We all are working through the positive and negative results from prescription medications. As you may have noticed there are many advertisements for prescriptions. It can be confusing as a consumer to know what is necessary for your health. It is such a concern that the American Medical Association in 2015 came out against direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical advertising. You may be asking yourself if you should make decisions based on those advertisements. This site can’t answer every question because you are your own best health advocate but we can be a guide for you. It may be that other alternatives like less costly generics or over the counter medications may be just as good. Lifestyle choices in diet and exercise can also be a great option. This site is here to provide you with information and options to make the best choices possible for you and those you care for.
